An obscure but worthy effort, this rare Bob Dorough album features the vocalist/pianist with old friend Lee Katzman on trumpet, electric bassist Bill Takas, drummer Peter Grant and percussionist Luther Rix. Dorough revisits such songs as "Au Privave" and "Everything But You," revives "Bijou," and introduces some newer material including "I Want to Prove I Love You" and Takas' "Bon Cover." Bob Dorough always had a unique, small voice and a witty style; both are on display on this excellent set.
